This document is being finalised and is not yet in force.
The published Terms of Service are generated from CompanyWRX’s legal configuration so that the entity, notice address and governing law stay consistent across every product. That generation has not been run for RescueWRX yet, and we would rather show nothing than show text that is not the real agreement.
In the meantime, our substantive position on data is written plainly on the security page: we do not sell your data, we do not train models on it, and you can export all of it.
