Built from inside the work, not at a distance from it
RescueWRX started because a restoration division could not answer a simple question: what did we actually make on that water loss, and can we prove what we did?
The problem that started it
The documentation lived in one system and the invoice lived in another, and the only thing connecting them was a PDF stapled to a line item that read “see attached”. Equipment ran for days and was never billed for, because nothing counted the days. The drying record existed, but nowhere the business could use it.
That is not a software gap anybody notices until a claim is disputed or a year closes out short. Then it is the only thing anybody can talk about.
What we decided to be strict about
Most of the product is ordinary. These three are where it refuses to be convenient.
Correct beats convenient. The psychrometrics use the published ASHRAE formulations and are tested against reference values, not against themselves. A drying log with plausible wrong numbers is worse than no drying log, because it will be believed.
A failure has to look like a failure. No silent sync state, no defaulted altitude, no assumed success. The product says what it does not know.
Your system of record stays authoritative. We document the work. We do not rewrite your invoices.
Who makes it
RescueWRX is a CompanyWRX product. CompanyWRX builds operational software for the trades, with a bias toward tools that survive contact with a job site.
