Bill the job from the record that documented it
Standalone, RescueWRX invoices and takes payment from the same scope and equipment-days your crew captured. Connected to a CRM, it stands down completely and lets your system of record keep the money.
One system owns the money. Never two.
Connect a CRM and RescueWRX billing switches off, in the product, not in a policy document. Two systems that each think they are authoritative about an invoice is how a customer gets billed twice, and reconciling that costs more than the software.
Invoicing
The scope is already captured. Billing it should not mean typing it again somewhere else.
- Invoice built from the documented scope and the equipment-day log
- Line items for labour, equipment, materials and antimicrobial, priced from your own rates
- Deposits and progress billing across a long mitigation
- Deductible collected separately and shown against the claim
- Unbilled equipment-days raised as an exception before the invoice goes out
- Every invoice linked to the loss it came from, so the margin is answerable
Payments
Take the deductible at the door and the balance at completion, without a second app.
- Card and ACH, processed by a PCI-compliant provider
- Card details never touch RescueWRX servers or your device
- Pay by link, so a homeowner can settle without being on site
- Payment recorded against the job the moment it clears
- Refunds and partial refunds from the same record
Which mode you are in

Not yet available
Invoicing and payments are in build and are not part of the current release. They are described here because they change how you would evaluate RescueWRX against a documentation-only tool, and we would rather be clear about what is shipping than have you discover the gap during a trial. Documentation, drying logs, equipment tracking and the claim package are available now.
Tell us you want it and we will let you know when it is ready.
