Documentation that survives a dispute
Everything a water loss needs recorded, measured correctly and impossible to lose. Run it on its own or connect the system you already use.
Psychrometric readout
live
Specific humidity, grains of water per pound of dry air
- Dew point
- 64.5°F
- Vapour pressure
- 0.300psia
- Pressure
- 11.36psia
At sea level the same reading computes as 90.6 GPP. Assuming sea level here would understate it by 23.2%.
A complete system on its own. A better one beside yours.
Standalone
Jobs, customers, documentation, estimates, invoicing and card payments in one place. Nothing else to buy, nothing else to log into.
- Customer and job records
- Invoice from the documented scope
- Card and ACH payments
- Deposits, progress billing and deductibles
Connected
Already running a field service platform? Keep it. RescueWRX documents the work and sends the evidence back to the job you invoice from.
- Works with the major field service platforms
- Photos and records land on the existing job
- Your CRM stays authoritative for money
- Open API and webhooks for anything else
Billing is a switch, not a fork. Turn invoicing on and RescueWRX handles the money; connect a CRM and it stands down so you never have two systems disagreeing about what a customer owes.
A log kept in relative humidity can show drying that never happened.
| Visit | Reading | Specific humidity |
|---|---|---|
| Day 0 | 68°F · 82% RH | 107.4 GPP |
| Day 1 | 79°F · 61% RH | 115.8 GPP |
Relative humidity fell 21 points overnight, which reads as good progress on any log that records RH.
Specific humidity rose by 8.5 GPP. The air was heated, not dried. Nothing left the building.
RescueWRX computes specific humidity from every reading, at the property’s own altitude, so the number on the log is the number that matters. See a four-day log
This is where the record gets made.
Not at a desk afterwards. The reading, the photo and the equipment placement all happen in the structure, often with no signal, and all three have to survive the trip back.
Everything the job needs recorded
Psychrometrics, computed
Temperature and humidity go in. Specific humidity, dew point, vapor pressure and grain depression come out, from the published ASHRAE formulations and corrected for the altitude of the property.
Photos with a purpose
Before, during, after, meter shots and documents, each tied to a room and a visit. Bulk import from a desktop, because moving a folder of photographs one at a time is not a workflow.
Equipment as a log
Every air mover and dehumidifier placed and removed against a job and a room, with timestamps. Equipment-days stop being a memory exercise and become arithmetic.
Offline that tells the truth
Capture works with no signal. Every item is pending, uploading, synced, or failed with a stated reason, and the office is told when a job has been waiting too long.
Moisture mapping and dry standard
Fixed monitoring points measured the same way every visit, against an unaffected reference material, so "dry" is a measured comparison rather than an opinion.
Invoice and take payment
Run standalone and bill the job from the same record that documented it. Already have a CRM? Turn it off and let your system of record keep doing the money.
You always know what has not uploaded
The most common complaint about documentation software is photographs that sit unsynced for hours, discovered when somebody needs them. A queue you cannot read is the problem.
Every item carries a state and a reason. Nothing is ever assumed to have arrived, and the office is told before an adjuster asks.

Built to the standard, not to a template
The IICRC S500 governs this work, and its 2026 revision made documentation the requirement rather than support for it. RescueWRX records what the standard asks for, and refuses to guess at anything it cannot measure.
