Keep the system you already run
RescueWRX is a complete documentation system with no integration configured at all. Connect the platform your office lives in and the evidence lands on the job you already invoice from.
Platforms
Status is stated plainly. A connector that is in build is described as in build, because finding out during a trial is worse than reading it here.
- ServiceTitanIn certificationPhotos to job attachments, drying records to location notes, equipment findings as an exception for a person to settle.
- JobberIn buildJob and client linking, with documentation pushed back to the job.
- Housecall ProIn buildJob and customer linking, with documentation pushed back to the job.
- Anything with an APIAvailable nowThe open API and signed webhooks cover platforms we have not built a connector for, including in-house systems.
What crosses over
One direction. RescueWRX reads the job it is documenting and writes the evidence back to it.
| From RescueWRX | Lands in your platform as |
|---|---|
| Photos and video | Attachments on the job |
| Drying log and readings | Notes on the property record |
| Equipment-days | An exception for a person to settle |
| Claim package | An attachment on the job |
What it will not do, on purpose
An integration that can rewrite your financial records is a liability rather than a feature. Two limits, enforced in code instead of promised in a document.
It never creates jobs and never touches money
No write to a job record, no write to an invoice. People book work, and your platform stays authoritative for billing. An unbilled equipment-day is surfaced for somebody to decide on, which is the honest version of that automation.
Every write passes a gate
An integration can be switched off without losing its credentials, and runs in a test mode that reads everything, decides everything and sends nothing, so you see exactly what it would have shared before it shares anything.
Why it always knows which job it is on
Documentation tools that sit outside your system of record have to guess which job a photograph belongs to, usually by matching a customer name against a date. The failure mode is one customer’s photographs filed against another customer’s claim.
A RescueWRX loss is opened from the job itself, so the identifier is attached at the moment of capture. There is no matching step, and therefore no mismatch.
